Peterborough is a town located on the Isle of Zanfran, an island not located on the mainland of Oslias. The Isle of Zanfran is under the jurisdiction of Romsonee as it is just of the coast of Romsonee in The Mouth of Romsonee, a small bay that the Xaressoth River runs into. Lord Bilgrim III Pemlutimp is the Lord of Peterborough and Head House Pemlutimp.
