Edgard Turnly, son of Lord Fenton Turnly and Lady Maccira Turnly, née Hall, is the youngest of Lord Fenton and Lady Maccira's four children. Edgard Turnly is a squire to Ser Justan Tuly, Commander of the Crownsguard and younger son of King Conon II Tuly.
