Rigel Quickfingers is a nimble gnome with a mischievous glint in his eye and a perpetual smirk on his face. He dresses in dark, sleek clothing that allows him to blend into the shadows effortlessly. He is constantly cleaning himself magical cleansing stone and always ensuring his hair is properly styled. His rapier hangs at his side, and a multitude of pouches and pockets adorn his belt, containing his tools of the trade. Rigel moves with a graceful, cat-like agility, always ready to exploit an opportunity or slip away unnoticed.

Rigel Quickfingers was born into a humble family of artisans in the bustling city of Syom'skit'ngthefl, located amidst the arid sands of Gallidion. From a young age, Rigel showed an innate talent for deception and sleight of hand, much to the chagrin of his parents, who had hoped he would follow in their footsteps as honest craftsmen. Despite their efforts to steer him onto a more righteous path, Rigel's natural inclination towards trickery and mischief only grew stronger as he matured.
As Rigel entered adolescence, he found himself drawn to the bustling streets and crowded marketplaces of Syom'skit'ngthefl, where he discovered a new world of opportunity and excitement. Under the tutelage of streetwise rogues and con artists, Rigel honed his skills in the art of thievery and subterfuge, mastering the art of pickpocketing and deception with ease. With each successful heist and daring escapade, Rigel's reputation as a master thief and cunning trickster grew, earning him both admiration and fear among the city's denizens.
At the age of sixteen, Rigel caught the attention of the Guild of Shadows, a secretive organization of thieves and assassins that operated in the shadows of Syom'skit'ngthefl. Impressed by his skills and audacity, the guild extended an offer of membership to Rigel, promising him wealth, power, and prestige in exchange for his loyalty and obedience. Tempted by the promise of riches and eager to prove himself, Rigel accepted without hesitation, eager to carve out his own place in the criminal underworld.
Under the mentorship of his fellow guild members, Rigel quickly rose through the ranks of the Guild of Shadows, earning a reputation as one of their most skilled and cunning operatives. With each successful mission and daring heist, he amassed a small fortune in stolen treasures and ill-gotten gains, cementing his status as a rising star in the criminal underworld. Despite his newfound success, however, Rigel remained hungry for more, always seeking out new challenges and opportunities to prove himself.
It was during one of his many clandestine operations that Rigel first crossed paths with Captain Thaddeus Gearspark, a charismatic leader and renowned adventurer who had made a name for himself as a hero of the city. Impressed by Rigel's skills and resourcefulness, Captain Gearspark extended an offer to join his expedition into the desolate wastelands of Gallidion, promising adventure and riches beyond imagination. Intrigued by the prospect of a new challenge, Rigel accepted without hesitation, eager to test his skills in the harsh and unforgiving wilderness. During his most recent adventure with Team Tiny Titans (aka Triple Tee), he made the mistake of overconfidently assuming he could disarm a trap and told the rest of the group, "I've got this..." before accidently setting the trap off. The trap bestowed a curse, giving him an unruly long white beard that regrow instantly when cut and refuses to be groomed or braided. This is the cherry on the top as the rest of the group now calls him I.G.T.
