Black Spear of Titus

This item first appears to be two 20cm black bracers that are formed from the bodies of snakes with emerald eyes that wraps around your forearm. When activated as a bonus action, they uncoil and slither into your hand(s) in the form of a black shafted spear with a platinum white spearhead. The transformation lasts until you  deactivate it as a bonus action. If thrown, the weapon may be called back to you as a bonus action.

This weapon in spear form gains a +2 to damage and to strike. While in bracer form, the wearer gains a +2 to their AC.
