The Grim Manifesto

The book contains every supernatural being in the city of Boston. It shows a degree of prophecy in it in the fact it can accurately predict when people become mages though it doesn't show when other supernatural beings awaken or get turned. It includes a person's name, supernatural being, as well as where they are located. For mages it includes time of being awakened or when they will be awakened.
