Personal history

William is another gaurdian of the veil sent to take over after the death of Arthur
Before Boston he was born and raised in the town of Arkham. He was a dedicated mage as was his wife, Ellenore. They were both cultists that worked with Lazurus and the man named Adolpho Gray. His wife was turned by a vampire and then killed by the townsfolk of Arhkam. After her death he went crazy.
He blamed vampires and other supernatural entities for what happened so he cut ties with Lazurus and moved on thus going on to join up with the guardians of the veil. He was able to infiltrate their ranks and forged a plan to eliminate supernatural entities. It would start in Boston. He would recruit Ben Harker, and others to do his bidding.
He asked Lenora to spy on the vampires for him though she ended up rejecting his offer.
during the battle for Boston William was found and killed by Tammy putting an end to his reign
