Samuel is a strange entity around boston, he is a young judge and known for his strange demeanor often helping citizens of boston out. His court is even stranger, people naturally tell the truth to him.
His origin is even stranger just appearing out of the blue one day, It was reveled by Issac that this is mostly because he is an angel and not just any angel but, the living embodiment of Justice.
Before Boston Samuel was an angel with his partner Patience. It is unkown what happened to patience but, it is known that she is gone.
During the course in his time in Boston he slowly earned the trust of the members of Croswell house and during the Christmas of 1793 he fell becoming a demon. He would stay on and help Victoria fight in the battle for Boston. He was nearly killed by Issac Hazelton but, was saved by Orusala and Ava. It is unknown what happened to him after Boston.
