Theresa

This black ore has cursed our bloodline, forcing our people to succumb to an early death. However I will not allow ignorance to become its' accomplice.   If we don't act, what will we tell the future generations ? That our Kazdel, its people, its history, and its future have no lasting value? Will the Teekaz no longer have any legacy left except hatred? Can we only throw more blood-stained cards into the furnace, to craft new shackles for our children, and that generation after generation of Sarkaz will continue to be trapped in the prison of war?   We are must free ourselves, no longer will be slaves to war, history or ghosts. We will rise up toward a new dawn, where every Teekaz on the land has a future free of chains and war.
  • Theresa, "King of Sarkaz"
  • Theresa was the previous "King of Sarkaz" of Kazdel, known as a gentle, down-to-earth ruler who wished to end the never-ending cycle of nation's fragmentation and bring peace to the Sarkaz people. Once a humble tailoress working for the Withered Court she would become one of the greatest flawed rules this land has ever seen.   As one of the great heroes Theresa would join in the fighting during the great Siege of Kazdel and when Yliš was killed in action, the "Black Crown" chose her and Theresis to become the new rulers of the Sarkaz, but the later willingly decided to resign and give the honors to his sister. Theresa became the first crossbreed King of Sarkaz since Qui'lon.    As the Demon King her actions and words would unite royal Sarkaz forming the Kazdelian War Council leading Kazdel's to a bittersweet victory. She would then order the royal courts began to dismantle the ruins of the old Kazdel City and rebuild Kazdel's current and only mobile city. According to the written records left by a court scribe, the few free Sons of Earth and Stone carved the blueprint into the ground, Goliath reorganized the remains of the old city into shape, and the Vampire and the Banshee took engine parts from the other side of the wilderness. Wendigos and Nachzehrers have sealed off the plains, and not even the feathered beasts can reveal the secret of a rising nomadic city of Sarkaz. Even the lichs who have always shunned the world have dedicated their wisdom to her Highness.   For over 150 years through Theresa’s leadership, mobile platforms with farmland, hospitals, and schools became accessible to ordinary Kazdelians who became citizens of the city, reflecting her strong commitment to education public welfare and institutions that sought to improve the Sarkaz' lifehood even outside of the city. All of these actions reflected values she saw as essential for lasting peace among the Sarkaz. The City and much of current-day Kazdel is the result of the groundbreaking achievements, unprecedented social changes, and acceleration in technological advancement led by the late Queen Theresa during the Era of the Twin King.   However, over time, Her brother, Theresis, leader of the Military, began to lose hope in Babel's vision of reuniting Kazdel without violence, coming to believe that the other Terran nations would only respect them through force. The sarkaz still wanted to reclaim lost lands and honors from the war cause tensions to rise as the years went on. As progress slowed and improvements to the lives of sarkaz both inside and outside the city stagnated the population bring to question Theresa vision, her want for peace, and her increasing focus on working with outsiders lead to tension between her and her people. Over the next 50 years these tension would lead to her being forced her into exile. During Exile while protecting a small town she would be killed by monsters or so the public story will tell you.
