Empire of Ursus is the home to the Ursus race, humanoids with bear-like traits. It is primarily known for its unmatched military strength, its cruel treatment towards the monster
Ursus' military resources are vast, and once they start taking a threat seriously there is little that can stop them.

The Ursus high command is notorious for executing commanders who failed to meet their lofty expectations, with more than a hundred officers being killed over the span of just a few decades.
Ursus' military is without a shadow of a doubt the strongest in the world. While it may not be the best in every situation its raw power is the greatest of the nations... only a united Kazdel could surpass them.
Ursus basic infantry soldier, the Imperial Striker is CR 2-3 and they have thousands of them. The regular infantryman of Ursus, ladies and gentleman.
Those who are able to wield magic are held in particularly high esteem, and are actively sought out in order that their special talents may be honed and best harnessed for the benefit of the empire.
The Emperor's Blades are an elite unit within Ursus' Royal Guards who, as the name suggests, directly answer to the Emperor of Ursus and carry out "the will of Ursus itself" with extreme prejudice. However, they are more infamous for the horrendous legends surrounding their acts.
The old noble houses still wield considerable power… and some fear that the greatest threat to Ursus comes not from its enemies, but from within. Like many of the old powerful nations
