A Rank 3 Knight of Kazimierz,a beautiful girl that no one would ever believe is a knight, were she not to divulge that fact. But the title 'Knight of Kazimierz' is itself a status symbol. It is hard to imagine another knight other than Miss Nearl, who would stay with the Pillar of Dawn. Gravel is a particular case, being currently employed as a bodyguard for Miss Suzuran for undisclosed reasons. Her main reasons for her being sent here by her employer are obvious after some time, even if it is not clear to her yet.
Rising to knighthood from a background like Gravel's is a rarity. She was "sold" to Kazimierz as 'chattel,' with the broken binding tattoo on her shoulder being an indelible reminder of her origins. From such harsh beginnings, she worked her way up the ladder to eventually become a level-3 knight, and just as she does not hide her tattoo, she has never hidden her past.
While we will never use people as 'chattel' here, and knights don't have any special status over anyone else, her honesty and openness are still very much appreciated.
As she starts to get attached to people, which does take time, she starts becoming more and more easily flustered and embarrassed. She also loves food like daisukiyaki, and appreciates singing and movies as well. In her spare time, she loves baking with Suzaran. She is great with kids and enjoys taking care of people and children. She has all the skills to become an idol and clearly loves attention.
Gravel is an expressive and mature woman with a crafty personality. She is well aware of her sex appeal and works to improve it, using her feminine wiles to get what she wants. When she wants, her actions can be very sensual and suggestive, her speech full of double entendres, and her attacks full of provocative poses, aimed at distracting her foes. She appears very confident in her fighting abilities. When taunting she will tell the opponent that she's merely toying with them or that they should't be shy of approaching her.
Despite her faults, she is actually very sympathetic and has a strong sense of duty. She is extremely loyal, protective of her friends and can become extremely protective when around enemies. She will not go out of her way to hunt or track enemies who run away, but if they stay to engage, she will fight to the death. Luckily for us, she hates this side of herself and will avoid killing in front of anyone. She does not enjoy violence or killing in any way, at all, even if she pretends to. She dislikes to sight of blood and will try to disarm fighters to end conflicts without spilling blood.
She most likely has made enemies in Kazimierz by overcoming the odds and getting her current job protecting Miss Suzuran. Her life has made her proficient in covert ops, assassinations, bodyguarding, and dueling. Even after everything that has happened to her, she still holds a heart of gold and that is something worth protecting and respecting.
