Indestructible crystals overflowing with raw, arcane energy. Each is unique; all exhibiting a curious phenomenon reminiscent of its colorful gleam. A sapphire Soul of the Element may house a raging storm within, jolting the wielder periodically with arching sparks. However, a jade crystal may enrapture it's bearer with the peace and serenity of strolling through a lush forest.

Myth No More

Knowledge on the crystals escape any form of written history, thus confirmation of their existence must be met with sight alone. As such, Souls of the Elements are nothing more than a legendary myth that haunt the dreams of artifact hunters. To the Departed, Soul of the Elements' are as real as those trapped within.

Portable Pocket Dimensions

Born of the rifts that marked the beginning of the Elemental War, these crystals are said to house inhabitable echoes of the Elemental Chaos, more commonly known as "pocket dimensions."

Tamara's Tempest

Unbeknowst to them, the Departed have encountered a cold-aspected Soul of the Elements within a secret passageway far beneath the Adamantine Temple. Within was the soul of Tamara, one of Cul's worshipped deities, that was subsequenty freed by the devout cleric utilizing a fang from her body. The crystal then dissipated into nothingness.
