Tandor

Tandor is a kingdom that borders Autara, with Autara's southern edge neighboring Tandor's northern one .

The Kingdom is ruled by a monarchy, with the eldest child or closest related family of the former monarch inheriting the throne regardless of gender.

There have been some hostilities between Tandor and Autara, as is expected of neighboring countries, but in recent times these hostilities -specifically the fights- have dwindled down to political tension.

Those from the kingdom are called Tandoran. Most live in small farming communities, with the kingdom also having a handful of urban centers along the coast and in the southern part of the kingdom. The capital of Tandor, Kelbon, is located in the south.

Regions

Upper Tandor

Upper Tandor, or Northern Tandor, is the northern region of the kingdom, which at its northern edge borders Autara.

Upper Tandor is more rural than the southern part of the kingdom, which has led to it being home to mostly small villages and towns focused on agriculture and pastoralism. Along the eastern coast there are a few larger cities, and the economies are a bit more focused on fishing and trade.

Lower Tandor

Lower Tandor, or Southern Tandor, is the southern region of the kingdom as well as home to its larger cities including the country’s Capital: Kelbon.

Lower Tandor is home to a few rivers which have led to the southern part of the kingdom being home to more trade and mercantilism leading to larger cities and towns than in the north. There are also important towns and ports along the eastern coast, which tend to be a bit more focused on fishing and seafaring.
