Morgul Blades
These bladed where created by William Morbo and given to the generals of his army.
When one of these blades pierces your skin, you'll be paralyzed completely, suffering from the most intense amount of pain imaginable. This is a great way for the wielder to extract information from its victims as it is a very effective form of torture without any of the work or noise.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
The blades are inherently flawed, the effect is relative to the amount of blade that went through your skin, the deeper the cut and the more the blade has been inside you, the more pain and longer the paralyses, but the blade corrodes away from blood so a if you slice someones skin just barely, the effects are short but the blade is still almost completely in tact. Where if you would completely run someone through with the blade, the effect is extreme but the entire blade will corrode away.
