Searching & Gathering

You need nature or survival proficiency in order to find ingredients.

You must spend at least 4 hours foraging to obtain enough supplies to create one effective dose of its medicinal or poisonous byproduct. This time encompasses searching, harvesting, and safely storing the materials, as well as travel time to and from the material's location.

First roll the table to see what you find, than roll the table how rare the plants are that you find. The DC is for a Herbalism (Wis / Int) check to see if you can gather the plants successfully.
