Coastborn in the harsh lands of the Broken Coast. You know how to survive in a world that will kill you if you do not understand and respect it. There is danger behind every cliff and under every pool. But there is also plenty and beauty in equal measure. The surge of the Stormwinds is freely given to every Coastborn by your god
Rán, the Mother of Storms. It opens your mind, and enhances your every action.

Feats
Stormcaller Magic
Two Cantrips. You learn two cantrips of your choice from the Druid, or Sorcerer spell list. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for this feat's spells (choose when you select this feat).
Level 1 Spell. Choose a level 1 spell from the same list you selected for this feat's cantrips. You always have that spell prepared. You can cast it once without a spell slot, and you regain the ability to cast it in that way when you finish a Long Rest. You can also cast the spell using any spell slots you have.
Spell Change. Whenever you gain a new level, you can replace one of the spells you chose for this feat with a different spell of the same level from the chosen spell list.
Stormwind Surge
You gain access to a resevoir of Stormsurge stored in your Soulstone. This power can be used to reroll a D20 test you have failed, and you can reroll at Advantage. Otherwise, the stormsurge can be used to force another creature to reroll a saving throw made against your spells at Disadvantage. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
