Rune of Lightning's Grasp (Gust)

The wearer can cast the cantrip Shocking grasp. Their character level is used to determine the damage of the spell. As part of the attack action, the wearer can replace one attack with the folowing action. They extend their arm and lightning shoots out of their fingers in a 30 ft. long, 5 ft. wide line. Any creature in that line must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save they take 3d8 lightning damage, and half damage on a sucessful save. This ability recharges on a long rest.
Rune of Perseverance

The wearer has resistance against thunder and lightning damage.
Rune of the Warding Winds
Requires 1 slotsRequires skysteel equipment
The wearer can cast the spell Warding wind on themselves without spending a spell slot.
Rune of the Stormwinds

The wearer has a 60 ft. flying speed. If they are incapacitated, they lose this flying speed and fall to the ground.
Rune of the Thunderclap (Gust)

As part of the attack action, the wearer can replace one attack with the folowing action. The wearer slams a fist on their armour. This creates a thunderclap that deals 2d10 thunder damage to any enemy creatures within 10 ft. of the wearer. These creatures must make a DC 14 Strength saving throw. On a failed save, they are deafened until the end of the wearer's next turn, and are pushed 20 ft. backwards. On a successful save, they take half damage, and are not pushed back. This ability recharges on a long rest.
Rune of the Windwalker

The wearer can hover in the air, and fly their walking speed in a horizontal direction. They cannot move upwards in any direction. They must move downwards between 5 and 60 ft. per round, this downward movement does not cost the wearer any movement. This ability prevents falling damage while the wearer is not incapacitated.
