Brews

Brewing provides alcoholic drinks, both fermented and distilled. These brews can provide the drinker with different benefits, similar to poitions. The difference is that brews always take a full action to use, their effects are less impactful, but last much longer.
To brew a drinkyou need a proficiency in the brewer's kit, the relevant toolset, a safe location to work uninterupted during crafting, a material of the corresponding rarity and funds to craft the compound. Some compounds require specific materials. If so, these materials are noted in the brewing list. If no material is listed, any material of that rarity can be used to craft that brew.
