Rellin

Rellin [he/him] is the chief Milago miner. He lives close to both the town hall and the northern market square. The location, as with many of Rellin's choices, is far more informed than one might guess at first glance. Its distance from the central stage and craftsmen fulfills his desire to distance himself from the Milago's plight and allow for quiet during the night, and the back of his house looks out to the rolling plains of the west that lead to the Milago resistance camp. Meanwhile, the produce market surrounding the house is a front--it's actually a network of lookouts that report to Rellin.
Rellin hates the Bedoowan, blaming them for the Milago's plight. Figgis' discovery of Tak provides the perfect means for him and his miners to take their revenge, as the material's explosive power could decimate the Bedoowan's ranks. He only lacks some means of sparking the Tak's explosiveness from a distance. Once he finds a way, he plans to assassinate Queen Kagan.
