Narla

Narla [she/her] is a human woman of average height and built, adorned in a dark blue cloak. She carries an assortment of balms, potions, and medicines on belts and pouches wrapped around her waist. She also has a small dagger, which she rarely uses. Around her neck hangs a star-like pendant, with a bird in the middle.
On closer inspection, you can see that the pendant is the symbol of the Profane Soul wrapped around a raven, the symbol of the Raven Queen.
Normally the town's doctor, Narla outfits her small clinic as an infirmary for tournament fighters. Narla herself is a kind but determined individual who has lived in the Milago since the day she was born. Narla is deeply against the treatment of her fellow Milago, especially the miners. She is not afraid to voice her opinions, often leading to conflicts with the other Milago.
Narla's house usually functions as a clinic for seeing the occasional work injury or sickness in the town. She works tirelessly, rarely affording herself any personal luxuries. An adventurer with proficiency in Medicine or Survival, an appropriate feat, or access to 2 prepared healing spells can help Narla with her work.
Narla keeps one Potion of Healing on her at all times.
Narla is secretly a Blood Hunter. She's a part of the Order of the Profane Soul, creating a pact with the Raven Queen to gain mastery over a style of blood magic that is specifically geared towards healing. She's careful though. Magic is not accepted in Denduron, and so she refrains from healing mortal injuries. It stops the rest of the Milago from calling her a "miracle worker" with too much seriousness. 
She maintains her secret with her assortment of spells. Minor Illusion and Prestidigitation can be used to create visual and audible distractions. She uses Illusory Script to write secret messages to herself, and Comprehend Languages to aid her understanding of her patients.
Narla is the daughter of Galud, the previous Traveler of New Earth. This makes her a quarter orc. She looks human, but she still has the tusks, which she widdles down. Her role on Denduron is to aid the future Blood Hunter Traveler, find the Hunter of Hunters, and establish the Blood Hunter's foothold on the territory.
