Inanna

Inanna [they/them] looks to be 19 years old, with femme-presenting features. They have greyish blue skin and short hair that's so dark blue it's almost black. They are slender and beautiful, and when they speak, it's in a soft and measured tone. They can speak all languages.
When not in disguise, they are dressed to the nines in an elegant array of blues, whites, and blacks. At first, it looks like they're wearing a tight-fitting, long-sleeved, lightly armored bodice up top, but on closer inspection, you can see that their top actually extends down as a single piece all the way to her feet, ending in heeled boots. It's almost as if their outfit is just a second skin.
They wear a wrap around their waist that drapes their legs like a skirt, the edges clipped like the wings of a bird. Around their waist is a dark blue sash, a small trinket of twin red beads attached in front. In their hand, they oftentimes hold a white Carnevale mask.
Though humanoid, their limbs are slightly longer than a typical human. But what's most striking about this person are their eyes: They are large and colorless, circled by thick black rings.
Inanna is a changeling, able to mimic the appearance and voice of anyone they know. As such, their true age is unknown.
Inanna used to be the Traveler of Oldest Earth (about 4000 B.C.E. during the Uruk period) and prior to being called into service to protect Halla, they used their powers and natural born abilities to masquerade as a deity. Humans have come to know them as the ancient Mesopotamian goddess of love, war, and fertility. They are also associated with beauty, sex, divine justice, and political power. Their other aliases are Ishtar, Aphrodite, Venus, Astarte, Anat, Pinikir, and Shaushka.
In the last cycle, the Travelers succeeded in guiding Oldest Earth through its Turning Point but failed to save enough Territories to prevent Halla from collapsing on itself, resulting in a partial reset that erased several Territories, including Oldest Earth. Inanna refused to return to Halla; instead, they vowed to make Halla collapse during the next cycle, thus fully resetting the universe and allowing Oldest Earth to be recreated.
