Crimsonmaw Pack

The Crimsonmaw Pack is one of the oldest werewolf packs in Australia. Formed in the year 1890, the pack took up residence outside the Victorian village of Lavers Hill before it was even officially a town. The pack established a rural manor of sorts, called Crimsongard.
The Pack was founded by three adult werewolves and their young sons: Jeremy van Dyke and his son Maxwell van Dyke; Giacomo Messina and his sons Stephano Messina and Giovanni Messina; and Dughall MacTavish and his son Duncan MacTavish. The three families, immigrants all, bonded together as a form of protection; all three men were single fathers, raising supernatural sons in a foreign land. Forming the Pack gave them protection, and building Crimsongard gave them peace and privacy.
Today, the Van Dyke, Messina, and MacTavish families still form the core of the pack, along with several other young werewolves who were either bitten or orphaned and unable to be raised by their own families.

Structure

1. Alpha - responsible for all pack decisions; is usually but not necessarily the strongest wolf.
2. Beta - second-in-command; discipliner of the pack; advisor to the Alpha; reinforces the Alpha's commands; is best candidate for becoming the next Alpha.
3. Delta - protect the pack; help the dominant wolves in hunting.
4. Omega - watches the boundaries of pack territory, and warns the pack in case of danger.

Territories

Crimsonmaw territory spreads roughly 15-20 kilometres in all directions from Lavers Hill.
