Effect

Hydromancy allows you to stare into a small body of water and glimpse an event that happened within the last two days or that is currently happening. Watching an event in the past uses the base DC. If you are trying to glimpse an event that is currently happening, increase the DC by 3 points. If you are viewing a current event, a magician present at that event can sense the augury with a Magic Training roll that beats your Ritual Crafting roll.
