Effect

Blemish allows you to create a small but noticeable illusion on a target that they are unaware of which makes them off-putting or unattractive. Upon casting this spell, the target suffers a -3 to Seduction, Charisma, and Leadership checks. If the target is alerted to the illusory blemish, they become aware of it. A target that looks in a mirror or reflective surface, can make a DC:16 Awareness check to notice it as well.
