NinAkna
Nin Akna
NinAkna is a young Ninifin , recently appointed head of the Queen's personal guard. She can be a bit naïve at times due to a lack of experience with the lands outside Ninifin, but she is a very competent warrior despite her young age. She takes a quick liking to Meleng after meeting him, and he is the first of the principal characters whom she grants permission to address her without her honorific (as just Akna).
Akna is 19 years old in The Child of the Volgs and most of Her Right Mind. I do not yet have artwork of her.
Physical Description
Identifying Characteristics
Akna's most identifiable aspect is her tattoos. Almost her entire body is covered in a pair of continuous tattoos, one on each of her left and right side. Both tattoos are of an identical jaguar, except they are mirror images of each other. Each jaguar stretches from her head to her feet, with her arms and legs being two of each jaguar's legs. The tattoos are in the standard semi-abstract Ninifin design, rather than fully realistic images. They are entirely black ink.
