Magic Potions
Magical concoctions made out of liquid elements, soaked ingredients, and blended components. When prepared properly, they can produce all sorts of effects. Whilst most have to drink the elixer in order to take effect, some potions are put to work in other ways.
Magic Varnishes
Varnishes are oily crystals that, when struck or slid along an object, temporarily imbue that tool with magical energies that were contained inside. A single spirit varnish stone will typically have up to three individual uses, meaning it can be applied three times to a single item, weapon, or tool, lasting for around an hour. After three uses, the stone is ground down beyond usefulness, and not enough energy remains inside to be useable.

They are artifacts that breach the limits of what is possible in the realm, creations of the forgotten scions of the Kingdom of Scirocco. They are nigh impossible to replicate the creation of, and are the only true remaining remnants of the shining "Kingdom that Never Was," and it's Golden Age of innovation.
