The Royal Navy

Their Sovereignty's military arm. The Royal Navy comes into constant and widespread conflict with ITA officers, of which there must be one stationed on board at all times. The ships wield no small amount of fear as the larger warships are capable of powerful planet-side bombardments that, during wars, wiped out entire populations.

Structure

The navy follows a generally linear structure where the goal is to climb the ranks one at a time, from ensign all the way up to Their Excellency, the High Admiral of the Royal Navy.

Public Agenda

Loosely put, the Royal Navy is around to enforce the will and power of The Crown . With firepower in competition only with the ITA's fleet, they can act as both deterrent and motivation for those systems brave enough to defy royal decrees. The navy doubles as a disincentive for rebellious conflicts that take the form of civil wars and insurgencies. Often times the full might of The Crown is applied through merciless and unwavering bombardments via the naval fleet.
