"Everything can be bought and sold, even your very soul."A sleek black suit, dark shoes and a hangman's noose usually spell terrible things to any inhabitant of the galaxy. Either by a horrifying death at his hands or having their fate directed by him, those who cross Zishin of the Zyndicate often describe their experiences of having dealt with a devil. This all follows very true of the man who lives a lie, for his job as a lawyer is just a front for him as he is in truth, a leader to one of the most powerful criminal syndicates in the galaxy, the Zyndicate, his personal project he has been dealing in for a long time across the galaxy, witnessing all the major conflicts of the big factions, but to Zishin? They are simply a passing wind which will eventually fade away, but he'll still be here, doing his work to garner more money. Zishin is a man of many complexities and contradictions, while he can be sweet-talking gentleman, he can be a cruel tyrant who cuts off what he doesn't need. He can be a caring lover but also a hostile abuser who will sell you for a dime. He is that person who you can never be truly sure of if he is really evil or simply misunderstood. He will make you care about him, either by feeling sorry for his very complex life situations and drama, or fear for your life as he watches you drown in your own blood.

Body Features
Zishin is a yellow skinned humanoid figure, standing tall and having intensely dense muscles, his skin is tough like a rhino's but it is held taut so it does not sag or bump, yet still holds impressive toughness, so it does not injure easily. He has five fingers and toes, but has no visible nose, capable of using his senses through pores. He does have ears at least. However he has three eyes across his face and sharp teeth. On top he has a short cut of white hair, naturally pigmented, or rather, lacking pigment this way.
He usually wears a black and white elegant suit with black big publisher shoes, having a suit shirt underneath. When he assumes his persona as Z, he adds a hangmans noose to his outfit. He also usually brings his red battle scythe along him just in case, can never be too careful.

Personal history
Zishin was born to a Zitanian mother in the deep deserts, his three eyes greeting tears, unknowing that he would shed them for all eternity. He grew up fast, one had to on Zitania, one of the most dangerous planets in the galaxy, dangerous and towering monsters over a planet of nothing but scraps to survive, forcing Zishin to kill when he was very young, the kids of a rival tribe and even eat of them.
Zishin grew but held no friends and had no allies even within his own tribe, his family he shared no special connection with for long as they 'betrayed' Zishin at one point in his eyes. However Zishin's indifference to the tribe and the way of life changed when Zishin was kidnapped temporarily and taken off world, taught about the Galaxy, the galactic community and even brought to a few cage fights, which he of course easily won.
Zishin would quickly return to Zitania, explaining all of this to his tribe, the blood of his captors still on his fists as he joyfully wanted all of them to leave Zitania and go somewhere better. However Zishin's parents claimed him a heretic, explaining to him that Zitanians stayed on their barren world out of choice, that they knew how deceptive and cruel the galactic community truly was, that nothing could come out of it but grief.
With sorrowful hearts, the tribe exiled Zishin for all eternity, for his heart had already been corrupted by the outside and evil had set its home there. Zishin was enraged, but he was a gentleman, and would allow his tribe to survive and he would even leave.. but without telling anyone else, he would not depart from the planet alone.
One of the greatest hunters had emerged in Zishin's tribe, the young but talented Samsara. Zishin ambushed the young man and asked him to come with him to space so together they could rule whatever they wished. Samsara had however heard about Zishin's banishment and decried him as a lunatic, for that, Zishin cut off both of Samsara's arms and dragged him to his ship by force.
After a while, the two came to terms, that Zishin was superior and Samsara was living by his will alone, so the two became comrades and established the Zyndicate, growing this organization over hundreds of years in the Galactic Community's underbelly, growing rich on crime, slavery, weapons dealing, drugs, sex trade, and more, nothing was beyond Zishin's many eyes and he became known as the dark and secretive Z, the greedy demon of the underworld, respected by the wise and watched out for by the cunning, and only taken on by the foolish.
Zishin would go on to make several fake persona's to guard his identity in the public light over the years, while Samsara could go about more freely as a freelancer mercenary. Zishin became eventually the leader of an actual criminal empire, spanning the galaxy from front to back more or less in its total capacity. Zishin would make deals and alliances with many other criminal lords over time, leaning on the right shoulder and pushing the correct one down to raise on top of them.
In this varied history he had defeats and profits to count the stars with, however his most prominent irk became when the leader of the Necrophyte dynasty, Ish'kadir planned to form a galactic peace and intended to keep that peace too. Realizing that such a thing would impact his massive profits negatively over time, Zishin sought to act and unanimously hired a group of well known mercenaries, including his own Samsara, to go and kidnap Ish'kadir so he could convince him of a better deal, forcibly. However his mission although nearly a success, was ruined by the mercenarie's lack of team-work, using their own tactics which allowed Ish'kadir conquer them.
Zishin has since returned to his regular activities, but if anyone he knows that once something has been set in motion, it is hard to stop, and surely the greedy demon himself will have many cards to play from his sleeve.

Zishin is a predatory menace and no prey escapes his sight, this pertains to all genders, imagined or otherwise. However only certain individuals can satisfy his pallet, that being ladies and gentlemen who show submissiveness, as someone who thinks himself a big thing, and he is, that is the most delightful of delights. He also has a very bizzare, disturbing fascination with cash, as well. If he could, he would, you know?

Zishin has gone through several colleges and universities over the years on different planets, his intelligence proven that he is a genius of study at the very least, and his accolades in physical activity have led him to be very rich, even on a perfectly legal wayside as well, he of course went to law school too and has a lawyers papers among other studies. Damn philantropists.
Employment
Zishin has worked over several careers in his long lifespan, however he has always preferred practice in law, for whatever reason. His current employment is as an interstellar lawyer, while he works more prominently on certain planets, he tends to travel to give his skills to as many clients as possible.
He also self-employs himself as a powerful criminal lord.

Living on a desolate death world full of gigantic monsters is a rough toll, even on a mind and body that is evolved to handle all of it, and thus Zishin despite his intelligence and demeanor, is hiding many demons within the facade of his always coolheaded personality.

Being excessively clever and tactical, Zishin has grown to expect any and all circumstances that could possibly befall him, including being cloned, and having to face off against that Clone.
Morality & Philosophy
In Zishin's eyes, only he and Samsara matter as far as the galaxy is concerned, his old people on Zitania were fools and the rest of the galaxy is far different from him, inferior. This ego complex makes sure that while Zishin acts like he cares or appreciates or respects you, that is simply a facade, he won't even blink when you die.
Anyone can be treated with respect as long as there is a profit for it, if there is no profit and no negative impact on it, he can bring his malice out full scale. He also tends to only engage in battles he knows he can win, or prove his strength, and takes operations in ways that won't impact badly on him in retaliation, going to far lengths to ensure that.
Zishin does not appreciate failure in any aspect in himself or others working for him, although he can be merciful, that is only reserved for those who have already proved that they can do better, otherwise he might as well put you in a barrel of acid to stew.

Zishin thinks that weakness and failure in any aspect of ones person ought to not be allowed.
But also a certain conduct is to be held, an air of professionalism if not a suave touch of a gentleman or a high socialite, it is taboo to be otherwise.

His physical appearance bares almost no meaning in any conversation he seems to partake and there are very few who can personally dislike him after a conversation, as he tends to charm people not only romantically but also simply socially, making people want to root for him or have him on their side, always up until they realize they have been betrayed or been used by him, as they gaze at the last moments of their freedom and independence.
Zishin could likely kill with words alone as he is a social manipulator, able to roll people around his finger, his words and suggestions sending people to a stupor that ends with them killing their best friends, lovers or even their own family. His ability to perceive flaws or imperfections in others and their very personal life situations poses him as a dangerous individual to anyone he meets.
Despite his skill to see the flaws in others, he always rejects to see his own, but hardly anyone points this out to him, because they want to live and because they never see that side to him, as he hides it well and usually makes it all about the person he converses with.
Speech
The deep baritone tunes of Zishin is both exciting and relieving to the ear, depending on its use, his light hint of an accent makes him mysterious and exotic to commoners, even if that accent is clearly made up, but it doesn't matter, now does it? However this can still be delivered with sharp decisiveness that becomes a threatening growl, if he is not trying to charm a person, but rather, decorate the room with their blood.

Having a criminal organization that spans the galaxy and several front companies that also do that, makes Zishin one of the richest men in the galaxy, being one of the few zillionaires that exist, although considering that this wealth is considered to be Z's, publicly Zishin doesn't even make the list.
