Physical Description
Identifying Characteristics
Lucia is of average height with a fairly sturdy, curvaceous build. Many of her most recognizable features come from all the cosmetic gene splicing she has underwent. Her vantablack hair with crimson streaks, pointed ears and ghostly white skin all being products of cosmetic alteration. Her body as well is kept in shape not by rigorous exercise, but from various cosmetic drugs, though she is by no means unfit. Due to all the gene splicing Lucia has lost all pigmentation in her eyes, her iris's being a cloudy grey colour.
Apparel & Accessories
Lucia tends to dress in fairly simple cloths, easily blending in with a crowd. Her favored attire consists of an all purpose combat suit with light composit armour pieces such as wrist guards, shin plates and shoulder plates. She also carries an all purpose respirator with her to help deal with toxic environments. Her weaponry consists of a SI-6 'golden eagle' pistol, one of the highest caliber handguns on the market, easily being capable of punching through soldier armour. She is also skilled with her energy etched rapier, a precision sword allowing her to go toe to toe with skilled fighters in melee combat.

Personal history
Lucia was born to a prostitute that her father met at some point during the war. While at first, her father, Frankal Kass, didn't want anything to do with her, eventually he assumed full custody of Lucia as his daughter. Despite this, Lucia didn't see a lot of her father, he was often too busy tending to the needs of the company. Lucia spent most of her life in the care of various maids and nannies. She made attempts to mix in with other children, but they would often look down on her for being the daughter of a well known rich man.
As Lucia grew up, she still found it hard to naturally make friends, through this she turned to more unsavory crowds. she fell in with gangs, druggies and various other outcast groups. She was not above stealing, cheating and violence to get ahead in life, despite the fact she had everything she could possibly need. She became well known amongst her friend groups for hosting very expensive parties using her fathers money, despite the stern talking to she often received, she wouldn't listen. Lucia got involved with a small time mercenary company as an excuse to travel the galaxy. On her travels she picked up various languages and a particular skill at talking her way out of dangerous situations.
Eventually Frankal died of a sudden, unexpected heart attack, on his deathbed leaving his entire fortune to his only heir; Lucia. Despite his mortal death, Frankal had himself backed up to a computer system, in which he continued to live. His expectations of Lucia were to take over and become the face of his company now that all he could do was run things from the back seat. For a while, Lucia tried the CEO lifestyle which certainly didn't suit her, she instead hired a executive director to do most of the work for her.
When the mass Rada invasion took place, Lucia, along with many of the Kasstek staff, signed up to the Katarn stasis program to wait out the supposed galactic apocalypse. After the war, Lucia awakened with much remaining the same, her father still in his AI form helping to run the company. However now in peace time, the company was busier than ever, with the galactic economy booming. Frankal only exerted more pressure on Lucia to be part of the business, in which she often fakes her interest in. Every chance she gets Lucia is often found partaking in various illegal activities such as drug trading, mercenary work and other kinds of debaucherous activities as she tries desperately to create her on path through life.
Education
Lucia was highly educated, taught by some of the finest professors affordable by her father. She didn't like learning most of the subjects, but despite her distaste for academic learning, a lot of the facts stayed with her, making her very knowledgeable on important people and places, as well as historical events.
Failures & Embarrassments
Lucia has had to be bailed out of a number of situations that proved to be 'out of her league' , be it when she got caught taking a speeder bike for a joyride and had to be bailed out of jail or when she fell in with a hostile gang and had to call on help to rescue her. Overestimating her abilities is one of Lucia's pitfalls.

Lucia has spent a lot of time around many variations of unsavory characters, she's experienced cultural events from far corners of the galaxy, some brutal and others out right strange. Due to this very few things in the galaxy repulse or disgust her, nor does she have any particular mortals against certain things.

Motivation
Lucia's drive to rebel stems deep from the influence, or lack there of, that her father exerted on her when she was growing up. Imposing strict rules enforced by the maids and other carers, yet never dedicating time to care to his own daughter. Much of what Lucia does is attention seeking, hoping that her father would notice her in any way possible, even if it was in a negative way. She herself often doesn't realize this is the reason she acts out, so much so she has fallen so deep into the rebellious rabbit hole that it makes up most of who she is now.

Quick witted in the mind and mouth, Lucia is very good at talking her way into or out of situations, often preferring this method to straight up violence. She is very good at 'buttering up' her quarry in order to get what she wants, be it through flattery, flirtation or faked common interest, her strict schooling as she grew up giving her a good general knowledge on most things as base level. While she isn't against getting her hands dirty, Lucia knows from a lifetime of dealing with dangerous people how to properly pick her fights. Though sometimes the lies and tall tales she spins get her into far more trouble than she would have been otherwise.
Wealth & Financial state
While Lucia herself doesn't have a large fortune of money at her disposal, she does have full access to any of the Kass Tec dealerships, allowing her special discounts on ships and parts. When she gets into trouble however, it is often the company that pays for the damages, her father simply giving her a slap on the wrist and telling her to behave more in the future. With her fathers death and transition into an AI program, he has become far less lenient, often refusing Lucia access to funds, forcing her further down the path of dealing drugs and mercenary work.
From selling drugs, Lucia makes enough money to get by comfortably, having grown adept enough at evading authorities to operate safely on most worlds. She is renowned for her dealing on the homeworld of the Popophite Cartel world, many of her clientele being based there or visiting for exchanges.
