Code One.
Meetings for the council will be kept to either a Skaronien Council Frigate or to the Main council chambers on each members home world. Meetings are to be bi-weekly which will bring up any matters of state and commerce. Opposing political parties will be hosted as a visiting member to the council until they retract their party or a vote for the seat they stand for is started in which the people of that council member will decided between the two parties and choose the new representative.
Code Two.
Cloning of Talion of the Brotherhood of Electronium is to be reduced from 150% to 25% of productivity and clones are to be made into a full acting member of the council with their own seat and voice in the matters of Council and the galaxy at whole. The military willing clones are to be enlisted into the army as normal but clones will be the master of their own fate as they are granted reproduction capabilities and any cloning from now on must be sanctified by the council and Talion before it happens. Clones will be allowed to do their own cloning for their own people if desired but 75% of cloning factories are to be closed and re-purposed.
Code Three.
To maintain the military All council members will require to actively recruit a standing army that can be called to service for the council when needed. The Skaroniens will start projects to clone Skaronien military men that accept the project to be cloned to make more men to serve the Skaronien representative standing force. Drek'Thul's personal army is to be reduced by 25% of its standing force to filter in to the standing army.
Code Four.
All Anti-matter that has been safe guarded will be brought to the galactic council where it will be offered to be safeguarded away from all military use.
Code Five.
The Skaronien Pantheon will be restructured thanks to the new discoveries made by the Legion Head and Religious Representative Swo'kulo. Who has found evidence of a forth being that is the reason behind the compulsion to enhance our form to be mechanical in some nature. 'The Mech Spirit' as its being referred to is the embodiment of enhancing your abilities to a unparalleled level. This new discovery makes the Skaronien God beliefs to the following list:
