Capital Row

Located at a the start of the Red Delta on the Sachez River, Captial Row was the original site of the first settlers of the The Outside Powers. Eventually as the city grew the government took over the area and it now hosts many of its major buildings.
The most prominent building is Fort Marshope, which lays host to the The Military of The United Shard as well as the three branches of government with The Capitol. 
Behind Fort Marshope is Port Marshope, the main port of the military's Navy. Within this port also lies the Marshope Lighthouse, which is used to help sailors navigate through the Red Delta to Rougeford.
Also behind Fort Marshope is Bollethglade Penetentary. This is the main prison for the entire shard and also is host to the Rougeford Fire & Police Headquarters.
