Attunement

Any item that requires attunement is utilizing low magic. It is creating its power from its surrounding, but also you. There is no statistical negative traits associated with being attuned with an item, and all other associated rules will be as written in the Player's Handbook or Dungeon Master's Guide. These include only have 3 attuned items at a time, how to gain and lose attunement, and using the nonmagical utility, etc.
