Former slaves of the Skywalkers.
Formed an un-easy / un-willing alliance with Vorugal after The Fall of Emon.
Without the draconians, without the skywalkers, and without the doom, we would be free" I assumed that Skywalkers + Ravinites encompassed ALL draconians, but it seems as though there is a larger group, which Ravies and Walkies are only subsets of.
There was a fight between Draconian survivors after the CC attacked. Two sides, which at least partially included Walkies. Ravies did not participate on either side.
