Unknown king. He was one of the 3 names remaining on Animus when Doctor Anna Ripley died.
Since we pretty much know most of the royalty in Tal'Dorei, Marquet, and Issylra, AND Doctor Anna Ripley is originally from Wildemount, I think it's safe to assume that this guy is royalty in Wildemount.
