Highwarden Tyrelda

"Highwarden" of Syngorn. Has seen more of the Feywild than anyone.
Has a DOPE hat that ArTAGan got the party to steal for him while they were in the Feywild.
She is of the bloodline of Gynlara, who founded Syngorn centuries ago, although this doesn't seem to be the primary (or at least only) reason for her prominent role in Syngorn.
She currently is essentially the de facto leader, and is referred to as the final decision-maker on most of Syngorn's political and social endeavors.
Apparently she used to "travel more freely", going back and forth between the Feywild and the Material Plane often.
