The Outlands
An eldritch region that few dare venture into, it is the surrounding perimeter of uncharted expanse past known civilization in the Underworld. It is hard to enter, and even harder to leave. Reports from surviving expeditions say that despite looking relatively lifeless, two things were for certain out there; One, something, either the unknowable monoliths or an unseen entity was always watching them, and two; that a poorly understood phenomenon known simply as "The Call" causes dwellers in the Outlands to lose their minds if they succumb to it.
