Throckna Silverstreak was born amongst the poor ysoki people of Undertown. From her birth it was clear that she was meant for great things. She was born with clear white fur, an omen of greatness amongst the ysoki. It might have correct, or it was the special treatment that Throckna was given all her life, but early in her life, Throckna found a talent for coin management. She easily willing workers and investors and managed to start a bank. The bank which she named the Rodere Bank quickly became very successful. Much owed to the fact that no ratfolk dared to use any other bank when there was one run by a white-fur. Through this success she became a powerful figure of Undertown, giving her much influence in the districts governing.
