The Enigmatic Monarch
The Emperor of Draecovia, usually simply referred to as the Emperor, is the head of state of Draecovia. All power in the Viceroyalty of Caedira derives from him, and his authority is absolute. However, nothing is known about his person; the only tangential depiction of him is his standard, which is a yellow alternate version of the imperial eagle on a purple field, with his title inscribed in High Draecovian beneath.
