Shandalara Carnetil
Shandalara Carnetil is an elven mage and scholar, and the namesake of Shandalara's Winding Shelves, the Frankonian capital's largest private collection of books. She has an ongoing feud with the Grand Repository of the Constitutional State Academy, who maintain the largest and most exhaustive inventory of books in the Republic. As consolation, she has outlived 15 of the Repository's Curators.
