Rusia Masumi
Rusia is a mysterious figure, who arrived in Nova Aera many years ago. She has been rumored to have worked as an assassin all her life and since her arrival has taken out many unfortunate merchants. These rumors, however, have never been confirmed. As of late, she has been working as the personal assistant of the mayor Arugus Sol. It's anyone's guess how she got this position, but the rumors about her have helped discourage most people from getting on the mayor's bad side.
