Helaine Le Soleil is an Exactor of the Golden State Inquisition of Frankonia. She is the leading State Inquisitor handling the official investigation into the Revenants with the help of Captain-Investigator Gael, which is also her first major assignment.
She is highly determined and fully willing to bend moral compasses in order to achieve her missions. Educated at the Constitutional State Academy, Helaine has something of a high-strung personality, and looks ever so slightly down on non-Frankonians, or les Continentaux, as it is called in Frankonian.
