Arkhanoth the Black

Ruler of Lur

Arkhanoth was a ruler of the northern parts of what would become Aeryon during the Age of Dragons. He made his lair in the Marsh of Lur on the western edge of his kingdom. He was especially intelligent for his kind, knowing not to despoil the area he lived in, but otherwise shared the traits common to other black dragons, being petty, cruel and aggressive. No mercy would be given to any who disturbed his order.
He would later be deposed by a rival known as Alglaudyx the Thin, who had achieved lichdom and would rule his lands until even she was killed during the Ballet of Scales.
