Oria
Wisertau
The northern one-third of Oria, known as Wisertau, stretches from the northern coast to the Alseta's Gates range. It is primarily tundra and taiga, with occasional temperate forest regions against its southern edges. No nations claim Wisertau, and all governments within its borders are city-states at most; the two largest of these being the coastal cities of Au-Shu in the north-east and Brukk in the west.
Dobharch Isles
A small chain of islands off the north-western tip of Wisertau.
Alseta's Gates
A mountain range spanning from Oria's eastern coast to its western, that separates Wisertau from the rest of the continent.
A series of chasms run through the mountains. The hot air rising over Muspel to the south and cold air falling over Wisertau to the north causes air to rush through the chasms, north to south, at speeds comparible to hurricane winds. These paths inspired the mountain range's name, as chosen by the elves of Arisol, though individual chasms and peaks have many names from various explorers and cultures.
Muspel
Muspel, also known as the Mosshide Wastes, is a vast desert covering middle and eastern Oria. With the exception of the occasional butte or rocky outcropping, the region is extremely flat and uniform, comprised of mostly white sand desert with occasional savannah-like oases.
Steins Brook
Also known as the Quarry Fields, Steins Brook is a large and rocky region of ancient marble quarries and mixed artificial and natural lakes.
There are very few settlements in the region due to its poor soil quality and lack of natural resources - excepting plentiful marble - though this did not prevented the large and prosperous town of Cutters Crossing from forming.
The Surewild
A dense banyan forest that stretches from Muspel in the north, down the western coast, and to the eastern most point of the Arisol land bridge.
