The Stillborn
This deity is part of the Midrian Pantheon but is known to have been worshipped in other parts of the world
When an overwhelming victory is at hand, an unexpected force may suddenly join the losing side to mitigate the losses or even push the conflict to a stalemate. This is the work of The Stillborn.
When darkness overwhelmed The All-Mother Dea she conceived a child to aid her. Tainted by an overwhelming amount of darkness, this new goddess never saw life but aeons later, she was animated somehow. Being killed by The Dark and not accepted by her mother and sisters, The Stillborn swore herself to balance.
Worshipping this deity is a dangerous task as the deity is known as one who constantly fights the forces of light. While she has taken the side of the forces of light, in many communities these facts are not often talked about to avoid potential temptation to her causes. In Midria her worship is punished.
