Dea, Goddess of Song and Creation

Dea (dee-ah). Everything that is alive has a bit of sound or a song infused in them. The prime creation goddess Dea is the one that sung life into being and thus everything is infused with a piece of her essence, albeit only a small part of her song.
In the entirety of the world people believe that Dea is the one who sang creation into being with the help of other deities and thus she is worshipped all over creation as the goddess of song and creation. While the Midrians believe that when the primordial chaos caused a small, perfect balance between light and dark, Dea was created. She in turn created all of existence and saw the good that light could do for the ones she loved. Aligning herself with the light angered the darkness which in turn corrupted all of what she made. To the Midrians, Dea is the greatest goddess that created all the others along with her daughters while all other cultures don't see her as significant and don't believe in the importance of her daughters at all.
Dea is in art depicted as a gorgeous woman with auburn hair, white robes and a gentle smile. The Midrians often depict her more as motherly and tired. Nonetheless, she is a comfort and inspiration to artists and do-gooders across all nations.
