Skitterstar

Roughly the size of a small dinner plate, Skitterstars have five legs arranged radially around a central beak. Their two eyes are attached at the top of their body and are capable freely rotating full circle to quickly assess their surroundings. They are small omnivorous scavengers, well adapted to hiding in the back of storehouses and other urban environments. Their original habitat was the caves and forests near Parakis, but as Parakis grew into an urban centre they were able to colonise it. As the Imperium spread to new lands the Skitterstars were able to spread with them, hiding in the back of the many caravans travelling to and from the new territories.
