Princess Irulan Thilovell
Only Daughter to High King Thranduil Thilovell, Irulan has enjoyed a peaceful life. Though still quite young, she has shown much promise as a future ruler of the Dynasty with her quick-witted nature and calm demeanour under pressure. In recent times she has planted herself at the head of the Silserion Council, arguably holding even more sway than her father currently.

Personal history
Princess Irulan has excelled since her birth. Her education passed very swiftly as she studied day after day, reading the countless books the Pala Library held at incredible speeds. As she grew at this rapid rate, her father encouraged her, ensuring she had access to everything she needed to further her own studies, outside of the college's curriculum.
Having completed her education at the very young age of one hundred and fifteen, Irulan set her sights on higher prospects. She understood her potential and was not afraid to fight to achieve it. Soon, after much pestering her father, she was allowed to sit in on Council meetings, where she learned a great deal about the politics of the Dynasty and its surrounding states. Armed with this knowledge, she made excellent suggestions that proved to steer the fate of the Dynasty into unforeseen potential futures. She advocated for the welcoming of refugees from the Skeggar Isles, in the hopes that they could benefit society with their technological prowess if they were given safe haven. True enough, Silserion was catapulted into an industrial revolution as the rate of production skyrocketed. This filled Irulan with pride, seeing her ideas, once thought a fantasy, come to life around her.
Now she helms the Izzet League within the city, the forefront of technology. The Emerald Enclave has begun to lose support as her Guild continues to impress the nobles, gaining a massive amount of control over the city. Her father has become worried that Irulan moves too quickly, and that she has forgotten about the smaller villages who lose out thanks to this drastic change. In one Council meeting, the Enclave brought this up to Irulan, who had already expected this would happen. Her machinations had led the Enclave exactly where she wanted them: trusting her, but requesting a miracle of her once more. She provided them with the answer promptly, one that every Noble in Silserion rapidly leapt at with vigour: she would take the new project, the Airships, to lead a raid on Chult.
If the new Airships could land Thilovell troops safely on Chult, they could possibly seize the Island, tapping into the countless unknown natural resources it has to offer. This would accelerate production tenfold, allowing the Izzet League to spread their influence across the Dynasty by decade's end. Having put the Enclave at ease and promising brilliant rewards to the nobles, Irulan had deftly wrapped the Dynasty completely around her finger over the course of just twenty years, from her graduation.

Motivation
Irulan wants adventure, she craves the thrill that humans must experience daily with their short lives. Unlike many others of her species, Irulan respects the short-lived races for their tenacity and adaptability.
