Devari

Devari is the tiefling mage who the party met at the tower on the off limits area of the island. She is also the mage who destroyed many of the skeletons in the elven observatory. The staff the party found there was her's, lost after she was injured by the minotaur skeleton. Her tower is also where Caseo fled, hoping to beseech her for help. She captured him and had been keeping him locked away in a floor in her seemingly tower of endlessly different rooms.
