A previous Blackstaff of Waterdeep, an immensely powerful wizard, who became a chosen of Mystra herself. One of the most respected High Wizards who ever held the position, and rumoured to be a lover of Laeral Silverhand. His position as a Masked Lord was revealed after his second death in 1379.
