Raena Nightshade

Raena Nightshade is an ardragon of the Zhentarim and that organization's informal representative on the Council of Waterdeep during the Great Dragon War. Though the extent of her relationship with Lord Dagult Neverember of Neverwinter is unknown, she was invited to the council at Lord Neverember's request, who stated that the council needed everyone's help, no matter how unsavory.
