Tukwintuki

Tukwintuki are an insectoid race resembling humanoid ants, known for their unwavering discipline, communal society, and incredible industriousness. Though alien in appearance to many, Tukwintuki possess a deep sense of unity and purpose, often working in perfect harmony to build, protect, and sustain their hive-like settlements. Their society values roles and function above all, with each Tukwintuki born and trained for a distinct place within the whole. Tukwintuki stand shorter than most humanoid races, with chitinous exoskeletons in shades of black, brown, crimson, or metallic bronze. Their bodies are segmented, and many have small mandibles, antennae, and compound eyes that give them excellent perception. Their limbs are slender yet strong, and their movements are precise and deliberate. While most are born wingless, certain rare castes may possess delicate, translucent wings.
Their communities—often subterranean or carved into cliff faces—operate with strict organization, resembling colonies more than towns. Leadership is typically assigned by merit and purpose rather than bloodline or wealth.
